These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the xabaji platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing xabaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xabaji support immediately. xabaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
Account Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep the contact information on your xabaji account current and accurate, including your email address and mobile phone number. xabaji communicates account notices, security alerts, KYC requests, and promotional information to the contact details held on your account. If your contact details are outdated and you miss a material communication from xabaji, xabaji accepts no liability for any resulting disadvantage to you.
Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on xabaji is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xabaji, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person are prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the xabaji account being reviewed for potential suspension.
Deposits are credited to your xabaji account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. xabaji is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with xabaji support. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered xabaji account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. xabaji aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.
xabaji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. In such cases, xabaji will notify the player via the contact details on their account and will aim to resolve the matter promptly.
Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses offered by xabaji are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. xabaji does not apply hidden or undisclosed wagering conditions after the fact.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention
The use of bonuses in a manner that xabaji determines, at its reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse, systematic exploitation, or fraud is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures or low house-edge games
- Using bonus funds to place hedged or arbitrage bets designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements

Where xabaji determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void any bonus balance, cancel any associated winnings, and close the offending account without prior notice. xabaji's decision in bonus abuse cases is final, subject to the right to escalate through xabaji's formal complaints procedure.
Expiry of Bonuses
All bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not been released by the time the bonus expires will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in its individual terms. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any active bonuses on their account.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on xabaji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the xabaji platform:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or at any subsequent point
- Registering or operating more than one account on xabaji
- Allowing any third party to access or use your xabaji account
- Using xabaji for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
- Placing bets or participating in games while knowing, or having reasonable grounds to suspect, that the outcome is manipulated or fixed

- Communicating with xabaji staff or other players in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner
- Attempting to access the xabaji platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
xabaji monitors platform activity continuously for the above prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or credibly suspected, xabaji reserves the right to suspend the account immediately pending investigation, to void bets and transactions related to the conduct, and to close the account permanently if the investigation confirms a breach.
Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you observe or suspect any activity on the xabaji platform that you believe may constitute fraud, match-fixing, or system manipulation, you are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
Account Suspension and Closure
xabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, confirmed underage use, bonus abuse, or conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their xabaji account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, xabaji will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus balances) to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request will be actioned with priority and without obstacle.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion through xabaji's responsible gaming tools or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary (ranging from 24 hours to 12 months) or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, xabaji will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account, receiving promotional communications, or creating a new account. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion to continue gambling do so against xabaji's express wishes and at their own responsibility.
Account Closure by xabaji — Effect on Funds
Where xabaji closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Funds derived directly from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of platform errors will be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance that is not the product of prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of xabaji's investigation.
Limitation of Liability
xabaji provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While xabaji makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical faults, downtime, or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and unforeseeable technical failures may occasionally affect platform availability.
Platform Errors
In the event of a technical error, software fault, or display malfunction that results in a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account balance being shown or processed incorrectly, xabaji reserves the right to void the affected transactions and correct the error. This applies regardless of whether the error appears to benefit the player or xabaji. xabaji will not honour winnings that are the direct and confirmed result of a technical malfunction or software error.
Interruptions During Live Play
If a bet is placed and then a technical interruption prevents the game from completing, xabaji will apply reasonable recovery procedures — including voiding the affected bet and returning the stake to the player's account — in accordance with the relevant game provider's published rules. xabaji is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Extent of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xabaji's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xabaji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising.
Third-Party Services
